The location of this hotel was decent with a few good views and things to do nearby. the staff was friendly during our stay, although the restaurant was not up to par. Our room was spacious but lacked proper maintenance. Although the breakfast was mediocre but it was included.
The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The stunning views were a highlight, and the pool was fantastic. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, although the portions were huge.

We had a great family getaway close to Bogota! The stunning setting was 15 degrees warmer than the city and boasted gorgeous views. The staff was friendly, and the portions at the restaurant were huge. But the real highlight was the fantastic pool - we had so much fun splashing around and enjoying the warm weather.
We went during a rainy period and the trails were washed out, so we couldn't explore as much as we'd hoped. they asked us to make a bank deposit to prepay, which was difficult for us.

The location of this hotel was just perfect for a city getaway. It offered beautiful views and was close to the city without all the noise and crowds. the pool was a fantastic amenity that our whole family enjoyed. we were really impressed with the food quality at the restaurant and the huge portions.
We visited during a rainy period and the trails were washed out. This was a bit of a disappointment, but we made the most of the other amenities the hotel had to offer.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the efficient housekeeping. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the tours and ticket assistance made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities were excellent, with tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely terrace to enjoy the scenery. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
